A Relay? Really?


This week's workout involves relay running. We can break the group attending into groups of three Each runner will run 8x200's (1 mile) giving the team a total of 3 miles. This workout is designed for improving short speed and should help you prepare for the Virtual Parade and Abe's runs if you are competing in in either of those.


We can again meet at SHG's track at 6pm. I would like for people to do a longer (1-2 miles) warm-up and cool-down because the speed portion of the workout is shorter.

Dad Joke: I just got kicked out of the "Flat Earth Society" that I was in because I asked if the 6 foot social distancing thing had pushed anyone over the edge.
