Choosey Runners Choose....

Speed Work will be back at the park this week. We will meet Wednesday evening at 5:45 at the Pavilion. We will again do our normal dynamic warm-up followed by ?.....You decide.

Come with an idea of what you would like to do for our workout. Runners will vote for their favorite. and the one with the most votes will dictate what we do. Generally speed should be 2-3 miles of intensity with a mile or so of warm-up and cool-down in order to complete the workout in a reasonable time. This could be fun or not. It's up to you!
