I know it's a stretch but I was drawn to the Beatles' The Fool on The Hill song when I thought about our speed workout this week.
So we will again meet at Washington Park Pavilion at 6pm. After a warmup and stretching we will proceed to run the hills around the park shooting for 8 different hills.
Hills are an integral part of any speed program and this week seems like a perfect time to get it done! Look forward to seeing everyone there!
