This week Bill and Kim are not available for the speed workout but worry not! We have "Step Coaches" willing and able to lead the workout. Sam Woods and Venu Shetty will be in charge. The plan for this week is to run a ladder. The distances will be 200-400-600-800-1200. This totals 3200 meters or 2 miles. The guys will lead you through our warm-up routine. Then break into groups to work together.
The meeting time is Wednesday at 6 p.m. and the location is the SHG Track. Diane Muncy is in charge of the popsicles.
