Speed At the End
Another year of speed workouts comes to an end this Wednesday. We will meet again at Washington Park at
6 p,m. We will warm-up as usual and then do a variety of brief speed building activities followed by some fun relays.
Afterwards let's have a Potluck! Please bring a dish to share.
