2fast7 Speed Work

From 217 the area code to 2run7 the cool gear to 2fast7 the workout! This week we will be doing another Fartlek style workout running 2 minutes moderate tempo + 1 minute hard (times 7). We will meet Wednesday night at Washington Park playground at 6pm. After stretching and warmup we will break into groups of similar speed and start the workout. The workout portion is 21 minutes.


Looking ahead we will likely move to the track starting June 2nd.

P.S. I told my wife another one of my jokes but she never laughs....she’s a groan woman.
