300 meters
Looks like another warm one this Wednesday for our speed workout. The plan is 10x300 with 100 walk recovery. The walk rather than run is important so the 300s can be run at a stronger pace. We will meet at Wednesday 6pm at the SHG track (1600 W Washington). We will have group stretching and warmup. Come enjoy the fun and bring a friend. Hope to see you all there.
P.S. Kim recently said I should try adding lunges to my exercise routine. She said it would be a big step forward in my training!
