Double decker Sammie: Speedwork 6/21

Scott is on vacation so you're stuck with just me this week 🤪☺️
We will do what I'm going to refer to as the double decker sammie 🥪 workout, that being, 2 sets of hard 200s sandwiched between 400s. The "meat" of the workout are the 200s so really try to push yourself! The 400s, especially that last one will remind you how tired legs feel at the end of a race so work to push thru that feeling. The workout will be as follows:

Rest what you need in order to keep those reps consistent or trending faster if you can. To modify, feel free to cut it down to x4 or x6 200s instead of the x8, depending at where your fitness level and goals are at - Remember, these workouts are just suggestions so modify as you need! This workout is going to build some power in those legs bc maybe you've guessed it, its almost time again for the track time trials!!
