How the hill is your training going?

How the hill is your training going? With a summer of speed on the track we haven’t had an opportunity for any hill running as a group. Hill running is essential in any training plan and with Shoreline and other upcoming races it would be a good time to implement. Well Wednesday is your big chance. We will meet at the Washington Park picnic shelter by the playground at 6pm. We will run a total of 8 hills (4 carillon and 4 up to the picnic shelter)

P.S. I just accidentally drank a bottle of disappearing ink. I’m at the emergency room waiting to be seen.
