What is our Speed Group’s blood type? Be Positive!
So this will be our last speed workout on the track for 2021. Next week and for all of September we will meet at the Washington Park picnic shelter. This week we will be doing a ladder workout. The distances will be 100/200/400/800/400/200/100
Speaking of being positive, I fell down the stairs today and I thought, “Wow, I really fell down those stairs fast!”
