Mile at Washington Park

Speed is moving back to Washington Park this week. We will meet at 6 pm at the picnic shelter near the playground. This week we will be doing a mile for time. The course will go from the the 1.25 mark of the women’s distance festival to the .25 mark. We will do our normal warmup plus some build up strides. Hope to see you all there
