Relay Day speed workout. This week we will be doing a series of relay races. The goal is to bring out the advantages of working with others to achieve common goals. We will meet at the Washington Park playground @ 6 PM on Wednesday again for warmup and stretching. The relay races will be done as we loop the park. Hope to see everyone at this fun evening workout.
