Safety for Runners 2.0

Due to the popularity of the Runner Safety course offered last October, Vince Eazelle, owner of Grand Central Training Facility, has generously agreed to offer Runner Safety 2.0. This session will be a review and continuation from the first session. Attending the first session is not necessary to attend this one. There will be a review before getting started.

Workshop content will range from running on the correct side of the road, proper use of reflective gear, tips for running alone & safety in numbers and managing confrontation by using your intuition, voice, body and reflexes to get to safety. Vince will review self-defense tips and teach attendees some basic martial arts skills to enhance confidence. Wear comfortable shoes & clothing; participation in activities is completely voluntary.
