About The Event
**This is a MEMBERS ONLY event and you MUST RSVP in order to attend!**
With Lincoln Memorial Gardens as your backdrop, come join us on its Nature Center’s patio for a 60 min yoga practice intended especially for runners! Ashley Hommert from Ahh Yoga will lead club members in bringing harmony between the mind and body in nature. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water bottle, and come ready to flex and flow. Post-yoga refreshments will be provided!
