Attention SRRC Members!
We are now collecting information regarding the Participation Series. This is from January-August. A September-December reporting will be done before the end of the year.
You will be reporting races, volunteering, and other events you have attended in 2024.
This will help determine your eligibility for our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Participation levels.
The tickets you received at our events are part of the reporting.
Many of our events did not issue tickets, therefore, you just need to check the box on the form.
Instructions:
1. Please go to our website, www.srrc.net
2. Click on “Results”
3. Click on “Self Reporting”
4. Fill out the form completely
5. Submit the form
6. Submit your tickets (see below)
Submit your tickets:
1. Collect your tickets
2. Put them in a sealed envelope/bag with your name on it.
3. Put them in the drop box at the Springfield Running Center (preferred)

Mail them to: SRRC @ PO Box 997, Springfield, IL 62705-0997
The deadline to submit all this information is September 15!
*You can not count a ticket if you forgot to get a ticket or lost your ticket or washed your ticket. No worries if an event/leader forgot to bring the tickets since no one will have tickets for that night.
