Just wanted to share my experience with the JetBlue Logan Baggage Office. After my flight landed at Logan Airport, my bag didn’t show up on the carousel. I went straight to their baggage office in Terminal C, and the staff was really helpful. They filed a report quickly, gave me a tracking number, and my bag was delivered to my hotel the very next day. If anyone has baggage issues, I definitely recommend checking in with the JetBlue Baggage Office at Logan — they handled everything professionally and with care.
