12 x 200 meters
This Wednesday we are back at the SHG track at 6pm. The plan is for 12x200m repeats. We will break it into 3 sets of 4 intervals. Recovery will be 1 minute between each 200 and 5 minutes between sets. The weather looks better for Wednesday so it should be a fun evening. Run with a group of similarly paced runners. Enjoy!
Recently in my spare time I’ve been building a car out of spare washing machine parts. Looking forward to taking it out for a spin.
